Abstract

This document is a summary of the work carried out for “Uncertainty Evaluation for Non-Destructive Inspection Techniques” (WP4), part of the Advanced Engineering Materials (AEM) team NMS project on “End-to-End Digitised Materials Testing and Verification” for the advanced manufacturing, engineering and engineering materials industrial sectors. Within this, activities were proposed to include investigating uncertainty evaluation for non-destructive testing (NDT) inspection techniques. This report forms part of the WP4 deliverables summarising the progress towards “A framework for uncertainty determination in Non-Destructive Inspection and digital implementation for one technique.”
