Abstract
This paper details the methods and results for testing the isotropic performance of personal hazard meters when worn on the body. The measurements were performed in a GTEM 1750, with the monitors mounted on a solid silicon rubber head torso phantom, the dielectric properties of the phantom being assessed using an open ended waveguide technique.
