Abstract

AC voltage measurements up to 1 kHz using a quantum waveform synthesizer are described. The system uses custom-designed amplifiers and ADCs to perform a difference measurement between the quantum synthesziser and a secondary AC voltage source at a sampling rate of 100 kHz. Application of the measurement system to the calibration of amplifiers used in dynamic measurement is discussed.
