Abstract

We present fundamental upper bounds for the rates of frequency scanning and mechanical or electronic stirring inside a reverberation chamber. The analysis is based on the requirement for quasi-stationary of the internal field when considered as a dynamic process of random hybrid modulation, imposed to avoid nonlinear distortion of the excitation (test) signal.
