Abstract

This paper describes a recent collaborative project designed to study electromagnetic surface wave propagation. Measurements are presented of the surface wave standing wave at 10 GHz in a closed waveguide structure. The design of the waveguide enables influence of the properties of Zenneck surface waves form waveguide data. Surface wave data are recorded using an OMS (optically modulated scatterer).
