Abstract

The industrial support for a Metal Forming & Fabricaltion Centre in the West Midlands Region is consideres alongside the proposals for relocation of some of the NPL Metal Working Facilities together with some equipment from other organisations.
The proposal for a Midlands Centre of Expertise is viewed in context with other recent developments occurring in the UK metals forming and processing sector.
