Abstract

We use a variety of dielectric measurement techniques—including a 1.8 GHz split-post dielectric resonator, a 2.5 GHz TE01d mode cylindrical dielectric resonator, a 36 GHz open resonator, and 22-33 GHz and 60-90 GHz free-space quasi-optical benches—to evaluate the dielectric permittivity of four commercial glass-bubble powders from 3M’s Advanced Materials Division.
