Abstract

This report describes the protocol for analysis in the VAMAS 2013 DESI interlaboratory study. General guidance for DESI settings are provided to help establish equivalence between different instruments. Two reference materials are supplied for this study, a thin layer of Rhodamine B on a glass slide and double-sided adhesive tape on a glass slide. No sample preparation is required by the user and specific guidance is given on sample handling.
