Abstract

This is a report of a scenario development workshop held in October 2001. The report is published by the DTI on their website. This form has been prepared primarily for distribution to all those that contributed to the benchmarking study and the workshop.
In addition to those named in the body of the report who contributed to the workshop, the authors would also like to acknowledge the contribution of the following people who assisted with the development of the briefing material: Albert Franks (IoN), Bryan Roebuck (NPL), David Robinson (NPL), Graham Peggs (NPL), Ian Gilmore (NPL), Ian Shanks (IoN), James Johnstone (NPL), Jane Haycocks (NPL), John Gallop (NPL), Keith Jackson (NPL), Martin Seah (NPL), Ottilia Saxl (Ion), Tony Atkinson (IoN).
